All scoops are a surprise, so sales are final 💗But if anything arrives damaged or missing, please contact us — we’ll make sure your cloud treasures are perfect ☁️💌.
Can I get my scoop packed on TikTok?
Yes! Add the “TikTok Packing Video” option at checkout 🎥✨
We’ll film your unique scoop and post it on @cottonpeanutgifts so you can watch your treasures come to life!
When will I get my order?
Each Cotton Peanut Lucky Scoop is carefully filmed, packed, and wrapped with love!
Please allow 2–5 business days for us to film and prepare your order.
If you added a TikTok Packing Video, it may take an additional 2–3 days for editing and posting before you see it on our TikTok page
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package begins its journey from our cloud village to you 🧸💫.
Can I add requests after I place my order?
For the smoothest packing magic, all requests must be included when you place your order (in the “Leave a note” box at checkout).
Once an order is submitted, we start preparing it quickly, so we’re not able to add or change requests afterward.
